When the young British barista slowly and gracefully brews my coffee in a aeropress, it doesn't take long before I realize that she knows her coffee the way I know my bikes. The coffee starts out a bit bitter, then sour and ends with sweet and buttery notes, a perfect journey.

I realize I've just had the best coffee in Israel and that's how brewshop became my new favorite coffee joint.
